Project Summary: The goal of the project was to create a regulatory framework that encouraged private investment in Information Communication Technology (ICT) Systems. This project created a draft Municipal ICT Strategy with a comprehensive regulatory framework that governs the installation, maintenance, placement and appearance of cellular technology assets within the public right of way. 

Project Deliverable: Clearly designed administrative policy that provides a consistent approval process for telecommunication service providers.
